Concert Speaking Opportunity!!

 

 

 

Attention all Lincoln/Liberty Orchestra Students!

I am interested in having one student introduce each grade level on the Fall and Winter Orchestra Concerts. If you are interested in being chosen to speak at the concert you should create a speech based on the following criteria and the best speech from each grade level will be chosen as the intro to our performance. Speeches will be due at least one week prior to the concert date. Please see Ms. Schmidt with questions.  Have Fun!!!

Speech Criteria:

 

1. Each speech should be no longer than one minute.
    

2. You should mention the major musical concepts that we have learned in preparing for this concert.
    

3. You should mention the major cultural and historical concepts that we have discussed in preparing for this concert.
    

4. You should express your own opinions about the music.
    

5. Your speech should be professional and give the audience a glimpse into our daily orchestra rehearsals and all of the thoughtful preparation that has gone-into the concert performance.
